Setai

There’s a reason the Setai is frequently name checked in some of the city’s most prominent publications like The Miami Herald and the New Times. From the outside, this 40 story condominium is seemingly nothing out of the ordinary. Step inside however, and you’ll instantly discover why the Setai remains a virtually unsurpassed tour de force of luxury living and a remarkable aesthetic panache that nearly boggles the mind.
The most frequently mentioned feature of the Setai remains its delectable five star restaurant. This sprawling eatery is one of the very few, if not the only restaurant in South Beach that has an exhibition kitchen where patrons are encouraged to watch the cooks as they prepare your meal right before your eyes. All of the standard amenities like a fitness center and a full service spa are included. That, however, doesn’t describe the additional features you’ll find inside: a sprawling poolside bar, a boutique and art shop, plenty of art deco and even an in development recording studio overseen by Grammy award winning musician Lenny Kravitz is available to the lucky residents of the Setai.
If you truly seek to splurge and live like royalty, look no further than the Setai’s incredible 10,000 square foot penthouses. Those preferring something a bit more modest can find units that measure just over 5,000 square feet and come with the option of one, two or three bedrooms and also feature their own secluded terraces. Teak entry doors, designer lighting fixtures and glass railings are also available. Custom teak cabinetry, full scale premium appliances, frosted glass doors and under counter lighting can be found within the kitchens. Bathrooms feature imported ceramic tile, Dornbracht brand showerheads and fittings designed in chrome and glass shower doors.
Need more reasons for choosing the Setai? Infamous Ocean Drive and the beach right across the street can be walked to directly from the condominium. The restaurants, shops and entertainment on Lincoln Road are only a short distance from there. For dining, you need only head over to Larios to enjoy a delicious Cuban menu that’ll give you a great taste of Miami’s rich Cuban culture while enjoying some traditional and highly enlivening music that evokes Miami Beach’s own tropical ambiance.
