The classic spirit of the 1920s blends perfectly with the modern design of South Beach at the Hotel Gansevoort, joining forces with the Paradiso condominium to create a true hotel and residence amalgamation designed to appeal to tourists and future guests looking for a luxury community in stylish Miami Beach. Adjectives like "stunning" and "paradise" recurrently appear in reviews concerning this extraordinary hotel and condo combination.
From the elegant porte-cochere entrance to the tropically inspired beach area designed by award winning artist Stephane Dupoux, the residences of the Gannsevort ooze luxury and classy architecture. Oceanfront swimming pools with accompanying cabanas, a cutting edge fitness center and spa, bleeding edge business and conference rooms and even a restaurant and café with its own panoramic vistas are in store for the Gannsevoort’s Paradiso inhabitants. Thanks to its hotel services, you also have the added benefits of a pool club on the rooftop, housekeeping and room service.
Currently in store at the Paradiso residences are floor to ceiling glass doors, some of the most jaw droppingly spacious balconies around, broadband Internet and cable television pre-wiring and central air conditioning units. What's more, all units are being constructed with the intention of allowing its inhabitants to customize and decorate their new homes to suit their specific tastes. Kitchens come furnished in marble tile and feature European cabinetry, the option of granite or marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms come furnished in marble and have water closets by Toto.
Across from the street from the Gansevoort Hotel is the expansively lush Miami Beach Golf Club. Miami International Airport can be reached within fifteen minutes as well as places like art infused downtown Miami and beautifully timeless Coral Gables. You can always head down Collins Avenue and unwind at Lummus or Ocean Beach Park. The Gansevoort’s enviable location makes all the best of Miami Beach and beyond just moments away.
